Is it true that uber/bolt charge their passengers 17p/min if the driver is stuck in traffic (like a meter on a black cab would) been sent over some evidence suggesting that this is the case.
Hi John, This is news to us, but anything is possible. However, it would seem unlikely, as there is a requirement to provide an accurate estimate of costs. I’ll do some research and post here.
