16th July – Geth (me – Wrexham Chauffeurs Ltd), had a quiet meeting with Cllr Mark Pritchard, leader of Wrexham Council. He was Very VERY encouraging about National High Standards for PHV licensing. He explained current system made no sense, how 22 Local Authorities had their own interpretation of the rules. He was happy to sign a memorandum of understanding today, such was his passion.
