Although many LPHCA Members and Partners are based in London, many others outside of London are licensed by and/or work with TfL London licensed operators. As a consequence of the on-going considerable licensing problems in London there is quite a bit of London information in this and recent E-alerts. However, rather than just send to London Operator Members we wanted to ensure all Members and Partners get key information, so we have included this information in a lengthy E-alert.

IMPORTANT NEWS – Following pressure from the LPHCA and others, TfL TPH are now issuing short-term licences. Full details about these arrangements can be found in TPH Notice 02/25.

Once issues are resolved, the LPHCA will be seeking an enquiry into these and other failings and long-standing issues (details to follow).
