Post the formation of the Members Only SENDTO Group (which has been set up to work on licensing issues within this sector, as detailed below) we have finalised the T&Cs, which have now been issued to all the current members of the SENDTO Group.

It is intended that the SENDTO Group will work on such things as:

• Budget Implications on NI minimum wage increases
• Medical examination delays
• Vehicle age and air quality rules
• Out of vehicle liability insurance
• Inappropriate training and testing
• Seat buckle (restraints) requirements
• Restricted licenses for SEND Transport only drivers
