Thanks Steve, I will do. I got an auto-response from Wayne at LA yesterday saying he was out of office until 30th June – so I will carry my old paperwork (it has no expiry date) until then.
Previously – when they’ve tried to phone me when they’ve been working from home – they try and phone me – but withold their numbers. My phone won’t accept incoming calls from people who withhold their numbers, so I was given a stern talking to by them…I politely offered them words of advice…
The claimed “How can you be an operator who doesn’t answer the phone?” We’re all friends again now – and are back on the same page.
