Following the LPHCA meeting with Sadiq Khan today (22nd May 2018), the date required for London private hire drivers to take the English Language Test has been put back to 30th April 2019. Sadiq Khan has agreed for TfL to review the requirements and provide a test that is suitable for private hire drivers.
