    The LPHCA negotiated the original Congestion Charge Exemption in London and successfully helped to prevent it in Manchester. Exemptions are given to taxis but not PHVs. Now the pandemic is over we will be resuming our dialogue with TfL and others on this, bridge tolls and other punitive charges. Please use this forum to give thoughts and information, which will help us formulate strategy and policy.

    We submitted a protest to the Chair of the London Assembly Transport Committee, citing the bias in favour of the taxi trade.
