LPHCA Emergency Meeting - Weds 21st March 2018

The LPHCA has called an emergency ‘open meeting’ at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel for Operators, Industry Suppliers & LPHCA Members.

This free-to-attend meeting will cover a number of topics, including the LPHCA High Court Case on London Operator Fees, the English Language tests and proposals to remove the Congestion Charge exemption for London PHV drivers.

We will also be covering potential further proposals for additional mandatory fleet insurance, enhanced topographical tests, extra driver training, calls to abolish the 2-tier system, installing CCTV’s in every PHV & Taxi and only being able to pick up or drop off journeys starting or finishing in your licensed area.

13:30 – Afternoon session (optional) begins
